Responsibilities-:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, Inventory, warehouse, and transportation.
- Manage and control material costs at the targeted level.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure product stability and service level.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
- To maintain daily reports of inward and outward and continuous coordination with the desired team.
- Working in tandem with the production team, co-packer, and procurement to ensure the availability of sufficient inventory.
- Planning and executing mapping and supply chain strategies to cater to sales demand along with managing entire annual budget planning for branches.
- Identifying & negotiating with new transporters to optimize transportation costs and increase the fleet base.
- Improvising the planned strategies to cater to impulsive stock demand from other regions by developing short-term action plans inclusive of the addition of vehicles and warehouse as per requirement
- Preparation of transporters agreements & negotiations with transporters and logistics sub-parts and contributors.
- Handling company vehicles, drivers, loaders, and vehicle maintenance.
- Continuous records and filling of Stock and inventory system-wise.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
- Comply with transportation laws and regulations.
Eligibility-:
- 3-5 years of proven food and beverage experience.
- Strong in Cost-saving, route plans, negotiation, and sourcing.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs and MS Office.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Strong follow-ups and coordinator.
