• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service in the inventory team
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange and plan out warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach and train the inventory team
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with laws, regulations, safety and other government requirements
• Continuously look for improvements in operations thus leading to better efficiency/ cost savings/ speed to the market
• Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations
• Analyze and monitor current and past trends in KPIs including all areas of Revenue, Variable costs, Fixed expenses and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely recommendations to Management for decision making purposes
• Write specifications (if required) to modify functionality of domain processes, specifically impacting new / existing outcomes.
• Compile presentation decks for weekly and monthly reviews

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Morning shift

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
