Job Title: Manager Logistics


:


An experienced Logistics Manager with 15-20 years of expertise in developing


and overseeing logistics operations. Responsible for managing material flow,


manpower, stock transfers, deliverables, and the maintenance of infrastructure.


Adept at manpower management and mapping logistics processes to ensure


efficient and effective operations.


Key Responsibilities:


??Logistics Planning and Coordination:


a.Formulate and implement logistics strategies to optimize material flow and


stock management.


b.Oversee stock transfers and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.




??Operations Management:


a.Manage daily operations related to logistics and supply chain processes.


b.Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless logistics


operations.




??Infrastructure Maintenance:


c.Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of logistics infrastructure.


d.Ensure that facilities and equipment are in good working condition




??Manpower Management:


a.Manage logistics team, including recruitment, training, and performance


evaluation.


b.Develop and implement training programs to enhance team efficiency.




??Process Mapping and Improvement:


a.Map out logistics processes and identify areas for improvement.


b.Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.


Qualifications:


??Education: Bachelor??s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,


Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or


certifications are a plus.


??Experience: Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in logistics and


operations management.


Skills:


??Experience with logistics software and systems.


??Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.




??Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
