Are you ready to hop on this exciting ride with us and help us achieve our mission?Logistics Manager - InternationalWe are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics operations for our testing and analytical products. This role requires an individual with 12+ years of experience in international logistics, customs clearance, and documentation, specifically within a regulated industry such as testing or analytical services. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for ensuring the timely and compliant movement of goods across borders, managing shipping schedules, coordinating customs clearances, and handling related documentation.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of international logistics operations, including the movement of testing and analytical equipment, raw materials, and samples across borders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize global supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate customs clearance activities, ensuring compliance with all applicable international trade regulations, including import/export laws, customs procedures, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all shipping and customs documentation, including commercial invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists, and other compliance-related documents.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of testing and analytical materials, ensuring timely replenishment and movement between warehouses, suppliers, and clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, regulatory, and quality control, to ensure that products meet all regulatory requirements and are delivered on time and in excellent condition.
  • Provide regular reports on logistics performance, including cost analysis, shipping delays, and potential risks to stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date on international trade laws, customs procedures, and any changes in regulations that impact logistics operations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in international logistics, customs clearance, and documentation, ideally within the testing, analytical, or regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of global logistics, import/export regulations, and customs procedures.
  • Experience in managing complex international shipments, including coordinating cross-border freight, handling international trade documentation, and working with customs authorities.
  • Proven ability to manage customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of international shipping methods, carrier negotiation, and freight cost management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with logistics software and tools for tracking shipments, managing inventory, and generating reports.
  • A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field is preferred.
