#### YOUR ROLE


• To manage and monitor cost control of the F & W budget and inbound logistics cost.
• To manage and support in execution all 3rd party logistic partners (warehousing and distribution) to ensure that they meet Henkel business needs
• To develop and apply a consistent logistic strategy (warehousing, local distribution) which meets with current business standards (quality and cost)
• To roll out and ensure implementation of the Regional Logistics initiatives and strategies (egs. Service Catalogue, Distribution Network ...) In cooperation with Site Leaders and SHE manager ensure warehouse operations adhere to SHE principles
• Responsible for freight and warehousing cost development
• Design and implement an optimized net of warehouses to ensure service to end customers and optimized cost
• Manage all logistic projects (warehouse closing, warehouse set up, transfer of stock, redesign of distribution, IT implementation, price and contract negotiation,
• Create a Site Logistics policy that is consistent with the Business strategy and understood within the Site Organizations in co-operation with purchasing group manage all external warehouse requirements and arrangements.
• Continuous review of warehouse needs, flow and process optimization Operational contact with 3rd party providers of other contract services including repacking and transport
• Develop, manage and complete Site Logistics projects that will contribute to business growth or increase efficiencies, or reducing costs.
• To progress customer related projects that enable costs to be reduced and service levels to be achieved that meet the business requirements.
#### YOUR SKILLS


• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
• Any graduate, MBA in SCM/Operations preferred
• Should have strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder & team management.
• Extensive exposure into 3PL vendor management
• Project management skills & able to withstand pressure.
• Excellent organization & time management skills and should have significant knowledge of operations and Warehousing
• Warehouse Management System & SAP
