B.Sc/M.Sc/MBA with 10 to 15 years relevant experience in Seed industry. Experience in field crop company will be an added advantage. Key Skills:
inventory management of raw material and finished goods. logistics planning & execution, cost optimisation, MIS reporting, vendor management, continuous process improvement, compliance and documentation.



Job Profile:
1. Managing the raw & packed stock inward and outward across locations in India
2. Review, plan, monitor and streamline processes of intake and dispatches for meeting targets
3. Generating and sharing timely MIS
4. Managing the team of logistics and C&F executives across locations
5. Detail planning of Intake and dispatch with sales and production team
6. Ensuring smooth operations of packing and dispatches
7. Negotiating with vendors; fees and timelines of services and terms of payments
8. Selecting carriers and negotiating contracts and rates.
9. Managing the quality of stocks in the store and handling to reduce losses due to shrinkage & Rottage.
10. Developing and modifying SOP's for all the key processes starting
11. Supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services and responding to any issues or complaints.
12. Organizing warehouse, label goods, researching ideal shipping techniques, plot routes, and process shipments
13. Developing team of experts to deliver best quality material and within given timelines
14. Introducing automation and innovation in logistics to increase efficiencies and reduce losses
15. Budget forecasting and work towards prudent methods to be cost effective Keeping records of stocks; tracking dispatches; stock status and all related records; generating reports basis all records
16. Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements. Candidate Profile:
1. Experience in large volume inward and outward auditing and evaluation.
2. Having good geographical knowledge.
3. Good knowledge of SAP and related software
4. logical and systematic approach to work
5. Excellent communication skills, both VERBAL and written
6. Logistics management and distribution.
7. Commercial awareness and numeracy skills
8. Ability to handle electronic data
9. Adaptable and flexible to work on stringent deadlines.
