\xc2\xb7 Co-ordination with sales Team and plan shipments based on customers requirement. \xc2\xb7 Create Packing list and invoice. \xc2\xb7 Negotiate with all clearing agents. \xc2\xb7 Preparation of Pre /Post shipment export documents \xc2\xb7 Co-ordination with manufacturing sites for movement of shipment \xc2\xb7 Co-ordination with freight forwarder & transporter \xc2\xb7 Co-ordination with custom brokers and ensure there isn\xe2\x80\x99t any additional cost incurred in form of detention /demurrage. \xc2\xb7 Negotiation with Freight Forwarder for Freight rates. \xc2\xb7 Co-ordination with Freight forwarder, Transporter & Custom Broker for smooth sailing of shipment. \xc2\xb7 Preparing Certificate of Origin/IMC and GSP. \xc2\xb7 Preparing documents as per LC terms and ensuring no discrepancy. \xc2\xb7 Verification of Post shipment documents and submitting documents to banks within the stipulated time \xc2\xb7 Well versed in writing email and doing correspondence with overseas customers. Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Benefits:
