Job Overview
We are looking for a Logistics Executive for our organisation located at Waghodia GIDC Vadodara, Gujarat -391760Responsibilities
Planning and tracking of logistics, transportation.
Developing shipment plans as per product availability.
Make sure all incoming supplies are registered and processed in the logistics database as per the SOPs.
Making arrangements for the transportation of products.
Assigning duties to the staff so that the deliveries can be made efficiently.
Preparing and presenting logistics reports to HOD.
Preparing E-Way bills of Inward and outward shipments.
Follow up with freight forwarder and transporter.
Verifying shipping documents & reviewing BOE and Shipping bills checklist.
Requirements
Any Graduate
Knowledge of Import and Export documentation
Good communication skill
Minimum 2-3 years of experience required
Computer literacy must in MS Office.
