Key Responsibilities:
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate records of all products, including quantities and storage locations.
• Regularly update inventory systems to reflect current stock levels.
• Order Processing:
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to process orders efficiently.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Arrange transportation for the delivery of goods.
• Track shipments and communicate delivery status to customers.
• Supplier Coordination:
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.
• Documentation:
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Utilize computer systems to manage logistics information and generate reports.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to shipments and deliveries.
