Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced logistics executive to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations, contributing to the seamless flow of our products from production to delivery. - Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods from production to distribution centers.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet customer demands.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics-related activities.
- Implement and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, deliveries, or inventory management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan logistics operations accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools for tracking shipments and managing inventory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
