Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods while monitoring the performance of logistics partners and transporters.
• Manage the documentation related to shipments, including invoices, delivery orders, and customs paperwork.
• Track inventory levels and monitor stock to ensure accurate and efficient warehouse management.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers to resolve delivery issues and discrepancies.
• Plan and manage the transportation routes, optimizing for cost and time efficiency.
• Monitor and report on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company policies regarding transport and storage.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth and effective operations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good knowledge of logistics software and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
