for Logistic Executive :

• Experience in both Domestic and International Logistics
• Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
• Knowledge of Preparing export documents
• Knowledge of Invoice packing list and Check list.
• Can handle logistics, coordinate with courier and shipping companies, negotiate.
• Can coordinate with packaging.
• Logistics documentation (Waybill, Invoice, Packing list, BOE, SB etc. )
• Follow up for the dispatch as per the schedule delivery dates and update
• Manage all dispatch records.
• Coordinate and arrange the transporter for timely dispatch along with all necessary documents as per Contract and GST
• Ensuring timely delivery of consignment
• Inform and updation of the delivery status to the concerned customer and concerned team
• All sales invoices should be update dated along with dispatch documents.
• Coordination with customer to Customer.
• Update the dispatch information
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels.
• Maintain and update all records as required in the dispatch section
• Follow up the transporter invoices and pass the same to accounts for booking and payment as per agreement with transporter
• Ensure all custom clearances / documentation as required

• Qualification: Any Graduate/MBA (Operations)
• Job Location: Navi Mumbai Kamothe
• Fresher/Experience: Experience ( Min 1 -3 years of experience in Logistics profile )
• Preferred Candidate - The Candidate will be preferred from Navi Mumbai Location only
• Relocate - If the Candidate is willing to relocate can also apply ( * IF SHE OR HE IS WILLING TO RELOCATE * )
• Salary Package(Monthly Gross): Between 20 - 30K
