Time management & should be able to work as a team respecting the co-workers Job Responsibilities:
- To Provide safe, secure & Timely transport to employees
- Transport Automation (Move in sync operation knowledge/Implementation.
- Daily Transport Roster
- WAHA route preparation and Tracking.
- Co-ordinate with Employee Care Team to resolve employees\' queries
- Weekly meetings with Drivers and supervisors for briefing them.
- Preparing Standby Tracker.
- Preparing On-Time Arrival Report
- Preparing On-Time Departure Report
- Transport Contract
- Team Rostering and coordination for task closure.
- Client Cab Arrangements as per requirements.
- Preparing No Show Report.
- Publishing No Show Report on daily basis with OPS
- Publishing Vendor Wise Delay %
- Initiating an Email with Vendors for Delay Trips
- Imposing Penalties on vendors for delay and compliance.
- Provident Fund
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
- Transportation management: 1 year (Preferred)
