Position:- Executive-Logistics for Compressors Industry

Qualification -

Any Graduate (any additional specialization in logistics domain will be preferred)

Key Skills Required-

Hands on experience in import & export of engineering goods, attention to details, proficiency in written & verbal communication

Experience required- 3-5 years of experience in handling international & domestic consignments.

CTC Budget

- Negotiable

Job descriptions:-

Float RFQ & performs cost finalization with due approvals for all Air/Sea import & export shipments. Coordinating with freight forwarders for timely delivery of goods as per requirement of operations team. Coordinating with logistic companies/forwarders/shipping lines for Vessel arrival status, booking, DO, BL release etc. Provide monthly "Duty plan" to finance for provision of funds. Checks and verifies Freight Forwarder's invoices and forwards these to Finance for payment. To obtain necessary certifications as per requirement of governing body for import of goods. Files Insurance claims and follows up for payments/credit note with the insurance company.

Arrange all Local transportation within India.
