1. Delivery Coordination:
- Assist in planning and scheduling ATM deliveries and relocations in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of ATMs to designated locations.
2. Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ATMs and associated equipment.
- Update inventory records and prepare reports to inform management of stock levels and requirements.
3. Logistics Support:
- Coordinate with transport providers and ensure all logistical arrangements are in place for ATM operations.
- Assist in the preparation of necessary documentation for ATM shipments, including manifests, customs documents, and compliance reports.
4. Operational Efficiency:
- Identify areas for improvement in current logistics operations and suggest strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain effective communication with the logistics team to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly.
5. Data Entry and Reporting:
- Input logistical data into the company's management software and maintain accurate records of deliveries, movements, and inventory.
- Generate regular reports on operational performance metrics related to ATM deliveries and movements.
6. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure that all logistical operations comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Monitor safety standards during ATM transportation and installation processes.
7. Customer Interaction:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding logistics operations, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
8. Ad Hoc Duties:
- Assist other team members and departments with additional logistical tasks as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the logistics department.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or related field is an advantage, particularly in the financial services sector.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and familiarity with logistics management software.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-Solving Attitude: Ability to address challenges proactively and suggest effective solutions.
- This role may require some travel, including visits to ATM installation sites or partner facilities.
- Flexibility in hours may be necessary to accommodate delivery schedules.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
