Responsibilities: E-Way Bill and E-Invoice Management: Manage and oversee the generation, verification, and maintenance of E-way bills and E-invoices in compliance with regulatory requirements. Cold Store Coordination: Liaise with cold store facilities to ensure seamless logistics operations, including timely pickup and delivery of goods, adherence to temperature control requirements, and proper documentation. Loading Arrangements: Coordinate loading activities, including scheduling, monitoring loading processes, and ensuring accurate documentation. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and other relevant documentation. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and transportation partners to facilitate smooth logistics operations. Problem Resolution: Identify and address logistics-related issues promptly. Implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions to operations. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate logistics processes and procedures to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains. Reporting: Prepare and analyze logistics reports to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in E-way bill and E-invoice procedures. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
