Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the logistics department, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or those with minimal experience to kick-start their career in logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including shipment scheduling and transportation.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
• Maintain records of all logistics activities and update the inventory management system.
• Ensure the timely delivery of goods to customers or other business units.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and customers to resolve logistics issues.
• Support the warehouse team in inventory management and stock control.
• Monitor and report on transportation costs and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies related to logistics and supply chain activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
