Job Description

Highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Executive with expertise in managing end-to-end supply chain operations. Proficient in optimizing workflows, coordinating transportation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Adept at maintaining cost efficiency and building strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to drive operational success. Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities.

Pickup Coordination: Track pending pickups, follow up with Warehouse and Market place vendors and ensure timely resolution.

Logistic Pendency Oversight: Address logistics partner pendencies, including PDD breached shipments, OFD delays, and shipments stuck at pickup centers.

RTD Reporting: Prepare and analyze RTD (Return to Depot) reports with detailed reasons for delays across logistics partners (e.g., Del, XP, DTDC, SR).

Fraud & Damage Management: Handle damaged, and fraud shipments and escalate cases for credit note issuance (CN).

Customer Complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly (delay), ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Data Management: Download and upload MIS data in Internal data base, organize it systematically, and save it in designated folders.

Escalation Handling: Monitor and resolve escalations related to B2B orders.

RTD Order Verification: Cross-check RTD orders with respective Market place vendors; escalate unresolved cases with logistics partners.

Weight Discrepancy Management: Investigate and resolve weight discrepancies across all logistics partners.

Skills

Expertise in logistics software (any TMS)

Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and principles

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Effective communication and negotiation skills

Proficient in inventory management systems

Understanding of international shipping and customs regulations

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations, co-ordinating with 3PL partners like Bluedart, Ecom Express and Shiprocket.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
