Logistics Telecalling Executive

Role

This position is responsible for leading sales initiatives aimed at expanding client's customer base. The individual will focus on generating new business opportunities and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be a motivated sales representative with relevant experience and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Salary

Fixed 15000/- to 20000/- + Incentives

Experience:

2-3 years of experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Superior phone etiquette.
Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities:

Customer calling for scheduling orders delivery, pickup Customer Escalation Mail Follow-up & resolution

Generate, analyze, and maintain MIS reports to support the sales team and management in decision-making processes.

Inbound / Outbound calls to customers to fetch orders as per desired frequency and the product mix

Exceed all standards for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals and closes.

Assist the sales team in handling and coordinating sales-related activities. Prepare proposals, sales reports, and presentations for client meetings. Track sales data, and provide updates to the sales team.
Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, promptly address queries and act as a point of contact between clients and the sales team for routine communications. Help maintain and update customer databases.

Manage all sales-related documents and ensure records are accurately updated. Maintain an organized filing system for clients' contracts, agreements, and proposals. Assist in preparing quotes and contracts under the guidance of the sales team.
Address and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, and inventory shortages.
