Job Description
- Should be able to operate shifts for Processing Daily In bound & Outbound Orders.
- Should be able to monitor all Tools & drive the team accordingly.
- Should have team management skills & handle larger team size.
- Ensure high level of safety & quality standards/ guidelines & 100% adherence of SOP.
- Ensure on time TC Connections
- Ensure on time closure of all Reliablity Metrics
- Should drive all Quaity Metrics
- Dynamic and flexible to work in different shifts.
- Ability to manage and adapt in the dynamic and flexible environment. - Ability to align the operations team towards the common, shared objectives. - Excellent people management skills - Good analytical and quantitative skills along with strong communication, Willing to work in different shifts (Day and night) as per business requirements. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
