Job Description
Develop and maintain periodic reports and KPIs Play a critical role in P&L reviews and strategic planning/forecasting Huge emphasis on increasing picking efficiency to increase operating margin for all e-commerce orders Negotiate prices with service providers for warehouse operations and deliveries May have managerial responsibility with one or more team members reporting into the role Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years of relevant experience in e-Commerce logistics Bachelor\'s degree (preferably in Marketing/Business Admin) Strong proficiency in store and warehouse operations. Comprehensive understanding of e-Commerce and supply chain management Relevant/related work experience can be substituted for Bachelor\'s degree Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Clear and concise communication skills (excellent verbal, written and email communication skills, strong relation-building skills) Prioritization, able to shift focus to urgent issues while not falling behind on other duties Solid leadership skills A good attitude and ability to work in a team setting Well organized and good follow up skills
