Hiring for Logistics Executive / Manager
Location : Vadodara, Gujarat
Exp : 2+ Years
Salary : 30000 - 40000

Roles and Responsibilities :

Execution of entire consignment on orders basis.

Co-ordinate with sales team for order and dispatch.

Preparing all export documents like Invoice/Packing list, B/L, COO, Weight & quality, other any special documents as per requirements.

Logistics co-ordination with CHA/Freight forwarders.

Updating Stuffing planning - follow up with production logistics.

Pre & Post Export Documentation Knowledge

Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goal.

Expertise in performing the entire operations related to documentation & customer service.

Retaining new & old clients by updating them for their shipments on daily basis.

Knowledge of ocean shipment clearance process (LCL & FCL).

Co-ordination with lines for payments, container availability, B/L, loading, MR etc.

Sending pre alert advice & cargo arrival notice to counter parts & customers.

Co-ordination with shipper regarding stuffing, payments, B/L etc

PRE-SHIPPING DOCUMENT:

GENERATE CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (COO)- DGFT

CHECKLIST, INVOICE, PACKING LIST

POST SHIPPING DOCUMENT:

BILL OF LADING (BL)

GENERATE BRC & CLOSING / EBRC & FIRC

DUTY DRAWBACK

RODTEP

ADVANCE LICENCES AUTHORISATION & CLOSING

INWARD OTWARD REMITTANCE

ADC NOC

FOREX DEPARTMENT COORDINATION

IDPMS & EDPMS

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
