Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination of Shipments: Oversee the timely and cost-effective transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses, and from warehouses to customers. Ensure that shipments comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper inventory control and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
• Supplier & Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations and negotiate favorable terms when necessary.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and review shipping documents, customs declarations, and other related paperwork to ensure compliance with regulations and to avoid delays.
• Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the movement of goods, providing updates to relevant departments and stakeholders. Maintain records of deliveries, damages, and other logistics-related data for reporting purposes.
• Cost Optimization: Analyze logistics costs and propose ways to reduce operational expenses while maintaining service levels and delivery timelines.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve any issues related to shipments, delivery delays, inventory discrepancies, or damaged goods quickly and effectively.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and contribute to overall supply chain optimization efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
