The candidates are expected to do at least a small basic research on the products sold and the company before attending the interview. • Manage the end-to-end logistics operations for our e-commerce business, including
• coordinating appointments with marketplace partners, managing and overseeing deliveries, and arranging transport of materials from vendors to our warehouse or marketplace partners
• Optimize logistics processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with transport partners and vendors to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation of goods
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and maintain accurate records of all deliveries
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the performance of logistics operations and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless logistics operations and an outstanding customer experience
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to streamline and automate logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency For Exports, the End-to-End preparation of export documentation, processing the shipment & submitting the documents with the bank
