: Logistic Executive

Position: Logistic Executive

Location: Anjar, Gujarat
Salary: ?15,000 - ?25,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials to designated locations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipments.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs documentation.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and transportation companies to resolve any issues or delays.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements related to logistics operations.
• Manage the logistics budget and control expenses.
• Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular audits of logistics operations to identify and address any discrepancies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of logistics activities.
• Address and resolve any logistics-related issues or challenges that arise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Logistic Executive or in a similar logistics role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• High degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
