Job Description
Job Summary \xe2\x80\x93 To handle daily Logistic operations - incoming, outgoing products and parcels of high-end women\xe2\x80\x99s handloom sarees and clothing. Roles and Responsibilities -
- Arranging for customer orders to be packed and despatched on time.
- Coordinate with vendors to get incoming stocks.
- Courier booking and follow-ups till stock reaches customer or vendor.
- Maintaining cordial relationships with vendors.
- Raising purchase orders and follow up with vendors for delivery.
- QC Checks for damages/defectives in incoming stock.
- Daily Stock Taking / Stock Ledger updation.
- Handling customer return process including reverse pick-ups.
- Prepare and share daily/monthly MIS report for dispatch and service returns.
- Clear communication.
- Working knowledge of computer.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel.
