Responsibilities:
• To Manage outward & inward of stock.
• Book keeping of Journal files.
• To make Sales Billing, Purchase entry in Tally Prime.
• Can handle Claim Part & their doucmentation.
• To Manage Logistics & Bank activities in Daily Basis.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, and expense reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Good communication skills with presentable behaviour.
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience of Letter & E-mail drafting.
• Can carry the Material to the Hospital.
• Can deliver the material to the Hospital.
