KEY RESPONSIBILITY
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for Corporates & Individuals clients throughout the moving process.
2. Conduct pre-move surveys (virtual or on-site) to assess the volume and special requirements of the move...
3. Provide clients with detailed move plans, timelines, and cost estimates. Address client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly to own house staff.
4. Coordinate and schedule moving crews, trucks, and necessary equipment.Ensure that all required permits, parking arrangements, and access permissions are secured.
5. Monitor the progress of the move, making adjustments to the plan as necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client specifications.
6. Prepare and maintain accurate records of all move-related activities.
7. Handle any claims or damage reports efficiently, working with the claims department if necessary.
8. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering quality service.
9. Conduct post-move follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Gather feedback and implement improvements to the moving process.
10. Address any issues or challenges that arise during the move, finding swift and effective solutions. Manage any last-minute changes or emergencies, minimizing disruption to the move.
11. Vendor Management : Create new vendor, to educate vendors about all rules and policies , proper rate negotiation
EDUCATION
A. Minimum Education:?Graduate in any discipline
B. Additional Education:?Any diploma or degree in regarding logistic & transportation fields.
