Job Description

:

• Liaise with SCM department on the procurement /services.
• Liaise with vendors to expedite delivery of supply as per purchase order.
• Liaise with the project team for smooth mob and de-mob of the vessel assets.
• Liaise with Shipping agents, Customs, Port authorities to clear sea / air freighted parts.
• Liaise the project team & agencies for boat movements to connect shore materials to vessels.
• Liaise with Crewing team to mobilize Vendors / Technicians to Vessel. Prepare all necessary documentations accordingly.
• Prepare material tracking & PR tracking sheet for weekly submission to Management.
• Prepare Bonds, Custom documents, Shipping Bills, CIPL, manifest etc for the material movement.
• Check / verify custom documents, BoE, BoL, Import / Export documents before final processing.
• Maintain record of the inventory for the asset and track all the critical spares and the min-max level for the stores.
• Check and verify the invoice received from the vendor and get the same approved by Technical Superintendent.
• Arrange for the GRN, GI and service entry in the system for the supply received, consumed and service taken.
• Ensure Vessel bilge, sludge and garbage disposal as per the Statutory regulations and prepare ANF.
• Generation of Material code in SAP/ SavvyMariner.
• Carry out physical verification audit for the asset every year and prepare management report.
• Any other work assigned by the technical superintendent or head of department from time to time.
