We are seeking a dedicated and organised Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing the efficient movement of goods across our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effective operations, and the coordination of transportation, inventory, and documentation. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with our clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless flow of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Shipment Coordination: Organize and schedule shipments, ensuring they meet deadlines and customer requirements. Monitor all shipments and keep stakeholders informed on their progress.
• Transportation Management: Coordinate with third-party carriers to arrange transportation for goods and materials. Ensure proper routing and optimize shipping schedules for cost efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Track and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of products while minimizing excess stock. Update inventory systems to reflect real-time stock levels.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and review shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations. Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations and international trade laws.
• Problem-Solving: Address issues related to shipments, including delays, damages, or discrepancies. Resolve these issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service: Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment status, address concerns, and resolve any issues related
• to logistics and deliveries.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and any issues or delays. Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance to management.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required and bachelor's degree
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with logistics software, Microsoft Office Suite, and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of transportation methods, customs regulations, and import/export processes.
• Ability to analyse and solve problems effectively.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
