Position Summary

• 
  Global RRT Team handles the the moving of Parts across the Globe. Also handling CE / FSC / Courier calls regarding part shipments / delivery status update. Order processing needs to be on time with complete monitoring.

& Key Areas of Responsibility

• 
  Processes Return Material Authorizations (RMA)
• 
  Provides order status as well as information around delays and other order related issues to customers if required over call, email.
• 
  Processes customer complaints and provides status to customers
• 
  Handles Order Escalations (allocations and prioritization)
• 
  Provides adequate response/information to questions/requests from in and external customers.
• 
  Handles Customer, Product and Order Holds
• 
  Handles Part Substitutions
• 
  Reports quality issues/concerns to appropriate personnel
• 
  Assists in initiatives driving towards a seamless order flow
• 
  Handles Global Part processing and returns including
• 
  Handles calls within the provided time frame

Basic Qualifications

Recent graduates welcome if they possess the below skills:

• 
  Excellent English with good oral and written communication
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel,)
• 
  Comprehensive training will be provided where required for the right candidates.
