Communicate with Vehicle drivers to ensure prompt pick-up
Arrange same-day pickups whenever possible and in any delay in the schedule to inform the FBO (Vendor) regarding the same.
Data entry in the ERP system / UCO App and updating the collection for the day /
Preparing reports
Track the route plan on day-to-day basis
Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels
Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility
Logistics Coordinator qualifications and skills
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in customer service & logistics management a must
Good in communication; Local language preferred
Inventory maintenance experience a plus
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and Self Motivated
Basic Knowledge of Word / Excel / any ERP system
