This role will be responsible for tracking shipments globally, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that deliveries are made on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics coordination and working with international teams.Shift: East Coast Shift
In This Role, You Will:

• Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track shipments originating from both in-house and partner warehouses to ensure they meet delivery timelines.
• Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth shipment processes across various regions.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain records of shipping activities, including shipment status, transportation costs, and delivery schedules.
• Vendor Liaison: Communicate with logistics providers and resolve any issues related to shipment delays or discrepancies.
• Compliance: Ensure shipments comply with customs and international regulations, providing necessary documentation for cross-border logistics.
• Reporting: Generate periodic reports on shipment status, delivery times, and any issues encountered for internal review.
• Process Optimization: Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce shipping costs.

• 2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination, with a focus on global operations.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools for tracking shipments and managing data.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in a global logistics environment is highly desirable.
