Job Description
Managing operations
Leading and improving operations to achieve business goals, and ensuring Freight Forwarding, CHA, Transportation and warehouse operations comply with regulations
Managing customer service
Investigating and resolving customer service issues, and ensuring customer service levels are met
Managing inventory
Overseeing inbound and outbound shipments and inventory
Managing budgets
Monitoring and managing budgets, and establishing short-term goals to address budgetary shortfalls
Managing compliance
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Managing improvement
Identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvement plans
Managing relationships
Developing customer relationships, and assisting with sales presentations, customer bids, and product promotion
Managing employees
Managing the employee life cycle, including hiring, training, and performance reviews
Other responsibilities may include:
Establishing work schedules
Analyzing operational and customer performance
Onboarding new customers
Maintaining financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management
Creating and maintaining a weekly report on operations and sales
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ?50,000.00 per month
