We are a Vehicle Intelligence & Analytics startup incubated at IIT Delhi working in the sustainable and clean mobility space. Vecmocon is making the EV ecosystem smart, connected and reliable by using its state-of-the-art solutions and data-centric approach, to drive the electric mobility and clean energy revolution in India. We make electric vehicles primarily 2W and 3W smart and connected using our IoT-enabled data analytics which helps EV players in making key business decisions. Roles and Responsibilities-
• Ensure compliance with import and export regulations and documentation requirements
• Prepare and submit customs documentation, including invoices, shipping manifests, and declarations.
• Stay informed about changes in customs regulations and trade compliance.
• Coordinate and manage the shipment of goods between international locations.
• Work closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth transportation.
• Monitor shipping schedules and resolve any issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all import and export transactions
• Prepare and review shipping and export documentation, including bills of lading and certificates of origin.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of customs entries.
• Identify opportunities for duty reduction and cost optimization
• Collaborate with international vendors and suppliers to coordinate shipping schedules.
• Coordinate transportation activities, including scheduling and tracking shipments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in import/export logistics and customs compliance.
• Familiarity with customs regulations and trade compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation.
Preferred Skills:
• Customs broker license or certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of trade agreements and preferential trade programs.
• Experience with customs clearance software.
• Familiarity with Incoterms.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
