Job Description


JDKey Responsibilities

  • Material Management:
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
  • Verify the quality and quantity of incoming materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of raw material inventory.
  • Coordinate with the Engineering department regarding material requirements.
  • Inventory Control:
  • Manage inventory levels of materials, work-in-progress, and completed projects.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile with the accounts team.
  • Shipping and Receiving:
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of materials and products.
  • Prepare dispatch documentation like delivery challan, packing lists and bills of lading.
  • Coordinate with transporters for pickups and deliveries.
  • Handle returns and exchanges.
  • Logistics Coordination:
  • Track dispatch and provide updates to the Execution team.
  • Resolve transportation and delivery issues.
  • Explore opportunities for cost reduction in transportation.
Required Skills
  • Strong organizational skills: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Attention to detail: Accurate record-keeping and inventory management.
  • Problem-solving abilities: Find solutions to logistical challenges.
