Job description Position \xe2\x80\x93 Manager- Logistics & Operation Location - Mumbai / Hyderabad Qualifications: Graduate & PG Supply Chain Management Experience: 2-15 yrs Skills Required: Experience in Warehousing & Distribution 3PL, logistics Business Development Knowledge of inbound & outbound sales execution. Responsible for Business development should have experience in dealing Telecom sector clients (Preferably) Proficient in planning and managing operational projects Job Responsibility
- Extreme organization and attention to detail as well as ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Responsible for maintaining a high level of productivity and quality, while ensuring safety and compliance standards.
- Ensure delivery of Client KPIs/Sales targets including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures.
- Responsible for the development of the operational talent pool by optimizing the skills of the existing team, in partnership with our internal recruitment teams to attract the very best external talent, in line with the agreed framework.
- Responsibility and accountability for the operational performance of the client areas and for exceeding targets of all required metrics Meeting monthly/ yearly targets on Business development Liaise with the operations Managers/ Kams to ensure that their expectations are understood.
- To develop MIS reports for various accounts and monitor the performance closely Customer relationship management.
- Make plans for skill development and safety for warehouse staff.
- Ability to demonstrate achievement of results e.g. business improvements, cost savings, revenue generation Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills at a senior level.
- Experienced in managing large multi-site /Multi skilled contact centres.
- Strong commercial understanding and previous accountability for profit targets.
- Strong ability to quickly and effectively resolve problems as they arise Hiring, on boarding, training, scheduling, and assigning work to new hires.
- Ensuring employees have the necessary equipment, materials, and documents to ensure successful completion of tasks.
- Monitoring and adjusting resources to achieve the daily production and delivery goals.
- Balancing workloads by taking readings throughout the day to achieve the appropriate level of volume by the projected time of completion.
- Monitoring the work performance of each employee to ensure that quality and quantity expectations are met or exceeded
