Improve business and family comfort, protection and productivity Utilize your logistics HBT and utilize your logistics expertise in a manufacturing and trading environment. You will be accountable for supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, , shipment of products, and third-party warehousing. You will evaluate customer support and Production commitments to ensure customer/ Production requirements are met Key Responsibilities Day-to-day tracking of logistic activities Handle issues at Customs Monthly logistic cost control Coordinate and implement logistics projects New lane setup for NPI\'s Track and trace through the FF systems Build a proper communication channel with internal - CX, Sourcing, LC team and trade compliance team - and external - Customers, FF, Internal and external vendors and 3PL service providers - stakeholders Knowledge of the trade compliance documentation requirements Hand on experience in SAP. Power Point and Excel are must Co-ordination with Custom House Agent, Shipping line and Freight forwarder Manage forwarding operation for the business from across the world. Manage Special shipment such as High Sea Sales, Drop Shipment, Shipment clearance under Bond. Maintaining 100% MIS/ database of all Incoming & outgoing operations with way of tracking reports, monthly MIS, weekly MIS, and cost spends. Should be responsible for recovery of Transit loss. Should be responsible for shipment discrepancy closure Lead projects implementation and build up cost saving initiative. Strong control on various MIS and reporting Work with Trax and finance for timely payment to service provider Should have strong communication skill Lead LSP review and monitor performance Finalization of monthly freight Provision MIS Reporting - Daily/Weekly/Monthly Bachelor\'s Degree Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Export - Import and forwarding. Must have 12 years minimum of working experience of ERP-SAP system Must have very good communication skills in Verbal & Written English WE VALUE . . Familiarity of the end-to-end OTC approach Knowledge of Warehouse Management System Knowledge of TMS Knowledge of EDI interface Good analytical skill Think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion Good collaboration and influence with management and cross function teams Experience in Manufacturing Industry will be considered an added advantage Should have good working knowledge of MS Excel
