1. Manage multiple stakeholders (internal - Sales, SC functions, etc. & external - transporters, warehouses, etc.) 2. Timely publishing of MIS (OTIF/complaints/etc.) and other reports as and when required 3. Ensuring end-to-end tracking from pickup, in-transit, delivery and POD availability 4. Customer complaint resolution within TAT 5. Transporter freight billing within TAT 6. Continuous work on improving efficiencies by reducing freight, improving performance, etc. 7. Onboarding new transport partners / developing new models to improve efficiencies and performance 8. SCM IT related automation to reduce manual work and related manual errors 9. Escalation resolution by working with the stakeholders
