You will be joining the Medtronic APAC Operational Excellence team which puts the \xe2\x80\x98patient first\xe2\x80\x99 in all it does. You will focus on ensuring Medtronic customers receive the highest quality of products and services by continuously improving distribution and logistics processes and systems.

A day in the life of VAS (Value Added Services) - Lead for Distribution and Logistics:

The VAS Lead will own & work on processes and support operations in meeting the objectives on through put, productivity and quality for VAS operations in APAC distribution centers. The VAS process streams are product & package Labelling, Returns, Re-packaging, Kitting and DG (dangerous goods) handling. The VAS lead will work closely with APAC countries\' delivery leaders, APAC quality & regulatory teams and 3PL logistics players to achieve best in class performance. The lead will also collaborate with APAC and the global VAS team to implement global processes and systems in APAC operations.

Responsibilities Include

Implement global VAS processes & systems in all APAC countries.

Provide APAC requirements and insights to global transport team.

Own overall performance for APAC on VAS metrics and objectives (cost, productivity, quality)

Create and drive VAS improvement and ops excellence program.

Drive 3PL logistics partners performance through analysis, reviews and driving improvement action plans.

M Must-Have:

B.E/ B.Tech preferably Industrial Engineering with 2~6 years of work experience

Experience in operations, supply chain, process design, process management or operational excellence function

Preferred Industry experience \xe2\x80\x93 Logistics, E commerce (B2C/ B2B), FMCG, Manufacturing

Strong data and analytics expertise

Working knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP) will be added advantage
