JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cat Parts Aftermarket manages inventory and service on 1,000,000 different parts.

• Provide backend support for various facilities / warehouses located in US, Europe, and Asia Pacific locations. The functions can include any of the below mentioned activities.

• ASN Grief resolution for the materials lying with suppliers/contract processors.

• Processing of receipts and receipt adjustments to accounts payable.

• Resolving the grief caused due to discrepancy between invoice and the physical receipts.

• The incumbent reports to the Inventory Manager and will be assigned a specific process to work upon.

• The incumbent is basically process oriented with processes being assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader. The incumbent is dedicated to work for multiple clients. The incumbent usually works on a specific process and receive guidance from TL and SME. In performing his/her duties, frequent contact may be made with other members of the Accounts Payable / suppliers/LPAs. Most of the processes will require the incumbent to work in a team environment with members from different teams and clients.

• Specific process may include fixing ASN errors, resolving Received Match discrepancies.

• Explore ideas for reducing griefs, develop realistic plans based on RCCA (Supplier, Fac etc.)

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

• Requires a graduate degree or equivalent.

• Must have exposure to MS Office suite of applications and intermediate experience in Excel spreadsheet/pivot tables.

• 5+ years of related experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics or Warehousing functions.

• Must have good communication, interpersonal skills.

• End user knowledge and exposure in SAP, IBM mainframe and/or any ERP.

• Strong initiative and the ability to learn quickly is desired.

• Should have good team skills and positivity for working in a cooperative and diverse team environment.

• Willingness to work in US/UK/Australia timings
