Job Description

1. Loading and Unloading Operations:

Supervise and manage the loading and unloading of tankers, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate loading/unloading operations.

Monitor and inspect tankers to ensure they meet safety regulations and compliance before release.

2. Tanker Management:

Oversee the scheduling and allocation of tankers for various dispatches.

Maintain accurate records of all tanker movements, ensuring traceability from dispatch to delivery.

Coordinate maintenance and servicing schedules for the fleet to ensure operational readiness.

3. Release and Dispatch Management:

Plan and manage the dispatch schedule for tankers to ensure timely delivery across Pan India.

Coordinate with the operations team to release shipments as per client requirements.

Track dispatched shipments and address any logistical challenges that may arise during transit.

4. Vendor Management:

Develop and maintain relationships with logistics vendors, including transporters and service providers.

Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.

Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).

5. Supply Chain Management:

Manage the end-to-end supply chain of bitumen and other petrochemical products from Vadodara to various locations across India.

Optimize the supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Work closely with procurement and sales teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials.

6. Operations Management:

Ensure seamless logistics operations, from loading and dispatch in Vadodara to delivery at customer locations across India.

Monitor and analyze logistics data to improve operational performance and cost-efficiency.

Prepare regular reports on logistics activities, costs, and performance metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
