Job Description
- To monitor delivery of Stabiliser at site. Sometimes, it may be required to coordinate between transporter and customer site supervisor for unloading & placing stabiliser
- Collect POD from Transporter & confirmation of material receipt from Project Manager
- Monitor & Coordinate between site Project Manager & our Service Team to complete installation
- Coordinate with Service Team for completion of any Breakdown calls that are reported or escalated to Corp Accts Team
- Update Customer Project & Maintenance Team key persons in EIS Key Person database
- Periodically contact Key Persons to get letters of satisfaction / product performance certificates
Good command in English. Knowledge of Hindi is huge advantage but not mandatory.
Female candidate with minimum 3 years work experience, particularly in customer service coordination roles. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 912,000.00 - 920,000.00 per month Benefits:
