• Manage logistics operations for Quick-commerce, Amazon appointments, and distributor networks.
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing and delivery alignment.
• Address appointment-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor and analyse NDR reports and drive corrective actions.
• Track and improve the on-time delivery ratio across all channels.
• Ensure proper documentation and communication for appointment scheduling.
• Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to optimize logistics performance.
