Position : Part-Time Logical Reasoning Faculty

Overview

QuaCareer Launcher, a leading educational institution specializing in competitive exam preparation, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Part-Time Logical Reasoning Faculty member. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and a passion for teaching. This role involves preparing students for IPMAT, CAT, and CLAT examinations, focusing on the Logical Reasoning sections of these tests.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching and Curriculum Development :
• Deliver high-quality instruction in Logical Reasoning Aptitude, covering topics relevant to IPMAT, CAT, and CLAT examinations.
• Develop and update course materials, including lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests.
• Implement effective teaching strategies to enhance student learning and performance.
• Student Support and Mentoring :
• Provide individualized support to students, addressing their specific learning needs and helping them overcome difficulties in Logical Reasoning concepts.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and offer regular feedback on student performance.
• Mentor students to build their confidence and improve their problem-solving skills.
• Assessment and Evaluation :
• Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress.
• Analyze assessment results to identify areas for improvement and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance in assessments and mock tests.
• Professional Development and Collaboration :
• Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and teaching methodologies.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience for students.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background :
• A Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Experience :
• Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in coaching for competitive exams such as IPMAT, CAT, and CLAT.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in mathematical software and tools.
• Ability to use online teaching platforms and digital resources effectively.

Work Schedule

• Part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per the batch schedules.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?10,818.64 - ?56,449.74 per month
