Job Role: \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying key channel partners resulting in the accounts are getting taken over by other banks / Exit. \xe2\x80\xa2 Building a strong Relationship with the customers of the designated portfolio in terms of getting the sufficient churning in the account and convincing the clients for reduction in exposure \xe2\x80\xa2 Building a strong Chanel network/ self-driven for achieving greater market reach in locations \xe2\x80\xa2 Designing planning & executing activities and channel engagement programs enabling efforts which translate into reduction of higher number of Stressed cases in the designated portfolio \xe2\x80\xa2 Person would need to achieve the location budget in terms of reduction in limits/ exiting the cases \xe2\x80\xa2 Define strategy, prioritize development roadmap and prioritization. Job Specifications: Qualifications Graduate/ MBA and /or professional degree preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have at Least 3-5 Years of experience in recovery / sales management \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Working Capital Business and fluency in atleast 1 local language preferred for the Postitions at Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Surat . \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated success leading and driving teams towards ambitious tar gets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should a team player, strong on relationship management and be ready to travel widely.
