Job Description
Warehouse operational requirements by scheduling, Engaging, and assigning employees. Maintains team results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees. Streamlining operations with the available resource. Maintaining MIS data in system. Well convergent with ERP and WMS system. Demonstrated abilities in leading & motivating large teams. Manage inventory and strive for increased cost efficiency Control of P&L Achieve KPI by complete Daily task of Inbound, Inventory, Dispatch, Sales Returns, Transportation & Delivery Maintain 100% stock accuracy Reconciling the Delta Report (WMS v/s Ebiz) Outbound route planning based on order release quantity and weight Maintain Transportation of last mile & Freight bills management Maintain order fill rate more than 100% Ensuring secondary deliveries happening as per agreed secondary RLT & POD uploading. Ensure to follow safety, Health protocols & Compliance policies Review with ground team on all operation key areas like Safety, Productivity, 5S, inventory accuracy, Billing, returns accounting, MIS, Transportation, Delivery & Customer support
