RESPONSIBILITIES- HR Operations Management: 1.Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning of HR processes and systems. 2.Managing the contract staff employee life cycle (hiring, onboarding, payroll mgmt., separations) 3.Managing the onroll employee life cycle including hiring, onboarding, induction, confirmation, exit management. 4.Ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations at Mumbai office. 5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and implement best practices and address HR-related matters. 6.Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances Employee Data Management: 1.Manage the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data. 2.Oversee employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, benefits, and performance data. 3.Maintain confidentiality and data security standards, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. HR Program Facilitation: 1.Drive employee engagement programs for onroll & contract staff 2.Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, satisfaction survey, employee development programs. 3.Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. 4.Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR processes, policies, and employee relations matters. 5.Co-ordinate for execution of training programs
