:Location Credit Manager-Housing Finance-CreditHyderabad, Telangana, IndiaTrendingDescription for Internal CandidatesJob Role:xc2xb7 Looking after credit underwriting of SENP / SEP/Salaried cases - by having deep understanding of applicants financials and business background post visiting customer.xc2xb7 Delinquency monitoring for underwritten cases during the infant stage so as to keep delinquency to almost Nil levels.xc2xb7 Managing the credit quality of underwritten cases. Having sound knowledge of present economic indicators as well as updates in mortgage industry.xc2xb7 Maintaining decent productivity levels of processing.xc2xb7 Being a team player while assisting the team in implementing HO & local policies at ground level.xc2xb7 Handling of Credit Managers & CPAs and mentoring them to extract quality in their output. Monitoring their productivity levels.Job Requirements:xc2xb7 CA /CMA/MBA done from well-known Institute.xc2xb7 Min 4 - 6 years of experience in mortgage with bank or NBFC in Prime verticalxc2xb7 Having above exposure in Salaried and SENP segment
