Position: Local Purchase Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Local Purchase Executive with strong knowledge of the local market to handle procurement of all essential parts, materials, and equipment required for the smooth operation of our plant. The ideal candidate must have excellent negotiation skills, familiarity with local vendors, and a solid understanding of industrial procurement practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement of Materials: Source and procure all plant/factory parts including nut bolts, fans, iron, steel, tools, and other maintenance supplies.
• Local Vendor Management: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with local vendors and suppliers, ensuring cost-effective procurement without compromising on quality.
• Market Research: Stay up to date with local market trends, pricing, and new product availability to ensure optimal purchasing decisions.
• Price Negotiation: Negotiate competitive pricing and delivery terms with local suppliers, ensuring best value for the company
• Quality Control: Ensure that purchased materials meet the required quality and safety standards.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Market Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of local markets and suppliers for plant-related materials and parts.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or relevant field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
